I am an actor, writer and musician. I have published two poetry books called "The Leaves Of Autumn" and "In The Dead Of Winter". I also practise a technique called Reconnective Healing, an energy healing technique taught by Dr Eric Pearl. I also spent 10 months in an ashram like setting in the Smokey Mountains Of North Carolina as well as many years of philosophical and spiritual practice.
