_______Madison_______: What do you define as, as NLP, and what're, I mean you, you, you briefly talked about it, and I love this topic of being able to observe. You're.. _______Andrew_______: Yes, yes. _______Madison_______: Observe yourself, and what you're doing and, and take a step back. Can you tell me a little, how does that work? _______Andrew_______: Ummm, okay, well, first subject, I'll take the first part, the NLP. The essence of NLP is near linguistics programming. It is understanding through languaging, how our brain processes that information, and how we personally take that information and create our program. So that's, that's the simplest way without getting into clinic or scientific, um, explanations of that, okay? Um, as far as the, the aspect of um, being the observer, um, what I like to cross to people is that, we, we, we can, if we get caught up in living on our lives based upon, on who and what we are, and saying that we are physical body, you know, we're, we are what we see ourselves in the mirror. A, I try to work with a client to say, well, what if you're something more than that? You see, you see the example like, when you're sleeping and that you're having a dream. Do you see with your eyes when you're dreaming at night? And they say, well, no! How about how do you see with them? And the idea is, take them through a process... _______Madison_______: That's very interesting. _______Andrew_______: A question that allows them to realize that a lot of the fact of this that we take for granted from the sense of our, sense of touch, and seeing, and hearing, and feeling, and so forth. That we are actually like the old saying that we're inside of a space suit or a, the so called, of the police that goes in the machine, right? We are that spiritual being within this physical body, right? _______Madison_______: Yeah. _______Andrew_______: And when you, when you're able to step back, almost like being a fly on the wall, looking back at your life, and start noticing what's going on? You start noticing, well, what I'm actually interpretating, interpreting, is this story of what, being is happening to me, to me, through the course of the day, and through that interpretation, being the observer, you get an adjective perspective which now allows you. Oh, what are the different ways of interpreting the situation? And allowing them to go forward and changing how might that be different? And just that you know, that, there are example of how I can combine that to, um, what I like to do is, to some clients where they, they may, may feel, they don't wanna share the particular situation, while through NLP there's a process called Content Free Coaching, which on initial understanding, you think, well, how can you help me if you don't know, what I, what I need help on? Or I can actually take a client through a visual process, after they say to me that well, can I understand what my, you're situation is, can I hold that thought? Know that, well, can you think of the first time this particular situations are placed. They say, yes I can. These, these are possibly a time earlier than that, that it took place. Could it be consciously or unconsciously that you were nervous? That you could possibly. It is, so just imagine now as if you're a seared life in front of you, there's a big timeline. The stretching out, as the stretch out, searches out in front of you, imagine yourself being able to lift up your body and look as if you're up in a hot air balloon. Looking down at your life is, this huge timeline. And as you look at this timeline, imagine yourself drifting to that particular client with the first time this particular situation took place. The whole time I stood alone with the client, issue is, but I'm not guiding through a visualization, that allows them to go back in the time this particular situation, that allowed them to drift down the situation, and still be the observer of the situation. To watch themselves and the other people with the situation as if a fly on the wall. Now as you go this, this process, allow them to now observe what, what's taking place, what was the dialogue that was taking place? What was the, the particular motions taking place? And now imagine, well, how will it change the situation if you are now able to give love and understanding to them? Award it to yourself and to all those around, and also all the information you have now about your own life, your life experiences, dealing it back to yourself back in that time. How does it change your transformed situation through yourself and the others involved. What's the positive intention of that situation involved for yourself, as other will say? What does it take away? And the idea there, and then when you take them through that, and you say, okay no and that I'm not. Now, looking forward through time, how does that change your transform the situations you've gone through, that new understand of the situation, the new insights, um, the new positive beliefs, as you move forward through time to current day. And then when you get to current day, how does that change your transform? How do you see your life, as you see it now that new understanding of that situation that took place in the past? And you keep doing this different situations, keep moving backwards and forwards through time, and start anchoring the positive things, multiplying it over and over again, and yet the whole time, I'm on a where, what the particular situation was, and yet the client is taking through a process that allows him to look at it, from an objective perspective. Being the observer, has a lot, and you give new resources and understanding to that, as you move it through time.
