You can make exercise more fun by doing enjoyable things that you love to do or trying new forms of exercise such as trying a new dance class, doing Pilates. Anything that you feel drawn to doing and making a point of it every week to try and do something for yourself that is new that you havent done before that can engage you in physical activity that is enjoyable and that youre more often to do and make a habit of doing because its fun and enjoyable. So, I would really encourage you to seek out by trying new activities, what is enjoyable for you to do, what is pleasurable, fun exercise for you to do so that the time passes quickly and you know youre doing healthy things for your body at the same time.
