Hello my friends, Greg Clowminzer is here. In this video, I'm going to be talking about how to know if it's the right time for you to seek for a coach or a counselor, therapist, or whatever. It will start this video with one of my favorite sayings and that is When the student is ready, the teacher appears. So what does it take for the student to be ready? Well, typically, it's getting sick and tired, being sick and tired, being sick and tired or being tired of being stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated or whatever the case maybe. So, I think there are usually two types of people that are brought to coaching or come to coaching or dragged to the coaching. There's the people who are trying to get free of something. And so, there's typically they're overwhelmed, they're frustrated, they're stuck, they got a problem, they are looking for a resolution around something, they are not getting the results they want. They're getting away of something. Ultimately what brings them to coaching is that they hid a treasure of pain that is prompting them to get that resolves. So that's person type number one, type number 1. The second type of person that typically comes to coaching is what I call the life long learner. It's a very different type of person that seeks coaching. And there's an earnestness of this person to continuously be in the process of improvement. So if this person is always looking to improve himself, their business, their team, their leadership, and their passion about learning in being in their very very best. Being their highest version of themselves. So those are the two types of people that I've seen come to coaching. Both can do very very well with the coaching or counseling situation. Particularly, they have two different orientations One is moving away from something and try to get resolve and move forward. And the other is moving towards the highest version of themselves that they can possibly be. Anyways, those are some thoughts around what might bring an individual to coaching or an individual readiness for coaching. Again, my name is Greg Clowminzer. We've been in the coaching field for over 20 years and it continually evolves. Anyways, I hope you find this interesting, hopeful, and if I can be of service to you in any way, feel free to reach out to me. Thanks for watching.
