________JJ Thiret__________ So, tell me this, and I for one, when you think about... And, maybe I don't know what your experience was, but when you talk about 'the journey is within' and 'getting to the core,' what do you do with your students? Let's say they say to you, "I resist doing that." And, they resist because maybe they're not going to like what they see or where they're at now is what feels comfortable to them because that's what they're used to. They find comfort in the discomfort. Yeah, go ahead. ________Umang Goel_________ Okay. So, here is what my philosophy is. When you think of a barren land which is... ________JJ Thiret__________ The what? ________Umang Goel_________ Barren land. ________JJ Thiret__________ Okay, barren land. ________Umang Goel_________ Barren land which has been left alone, you know, for ages and ages, and you'd want to grow nice, fertile crop, and you sow seed in that barren land, what do you see? It may have little stem that grows very little or it may not grow at all. And, then, a person who is persistent, persevering, they will say, "Oh, I can do something with this barren land." What will they do? They will till the soil. They will water it. They will nurture it. They will fertilize it. They will prepare the ground. They will make it first very fertile, and then they will sow the seed, and then the crop that they see is just beautiful. ________JJ Thiret__________ In abundance. ________Umang Goel_________ In abundance. So, what I'm doing with my students is, they may not realize it because they may not be there, but with my teaching, as I'm teaching, I'm talking about nutrition. I come and crack jokes, all kind of jokes in my class, and I do laughter, I do visualization, I teach them how to meditate, I teach them how to live a joyful, blissful life. I tell these words.
