Some quick and simple tools to feel better about yourself would be to practice positive self talk and really cultivating a positive relationship with yourself and what you think and believe about yourself and doing so on a daily basis catching yourself when you feel that you're thinking those negative thoughts and re-framing them shifting, focusing on a better feeling thought and I also believe in working with affirmation to help you do so, so coming out with affirmation that really speak to you what it is you want to create in your life practicing them daily that's a wonderful tool to turn to when you are feeling negative or hard on yourself is to have those affirmation to shift your mind to and reset and focus on exactly what it is you want to create and that you deserve to create.
